Total Water Management

Water is the single most important ingredient in food service. Consider these facts: ice is 100 percent water, coffee is 99 percent water, fountain beverages are 83 percent water, and soups and sauces are up to 80 percent water. With these percentages, it’s no wonder more and more foodservice establishments worldwide depend on Everpure water treatment systems to provide the best quality and the most consistent water possible.

But we don’t just offer products. We make running your business easier with our unique and innovative water management services. Our Total Water Management (TWM) program bundles together products, knowledge, services and tools into one linear process.

Customer Needs Assessment

Customer Needs Assessment is the first phase of the Total Water Management process, and it includes water testing, conducting a site survey and applying application engineering to a customer's operation.

The customer needs assessment phase includes:

  • Equipment Inventory: we take inventory of an operation’s inventory, taking note of the water-using equipment that is within the operation, and documenting water treatment equipment that already exists on the premises.
  • Water Analysis: we complete a detailed water analysis to determine site-specific water quality attributes that may be causing any problems.
  • Water Usage Estimate: we take an estimate of your operation’s water usage, measuring both the overall water consumption and amount of water used by individual pieces of equipment.
  • Service Evaluation: we evaluate the current level of water treatment equipment service that may already exist.
  • Staffing Analysis: we establish on-site staff’s level of understanding about water filtration/treatment
  • Business Review: we confirm understanding of business goals and how water plays a part in meeting the requirements

The steps within this phase are designed to allow us to accurately determine the type of solution an operation may need in order to provide the best water possible.

Situation Analysis and Recommendation

Situation Analysis & Recommendation is the second phase of the Total Water Management process, and it includes using the data from the customer needs assessment to complete a situation analysis. This analysis provides the necessary information to assemble a customized solution for the operator.

The Situation Analysis & Recommendation phase includes:

  • Water Data Comparison: we create a water data comparison that evaluates the water test data done in the customer needs assessment phase of the TWM process against recommended water quality standards that are set by the SANS.
  • Custom Application Sizing Tools: we apply tools to assist in creating equipment recommendations that are completely customized to your operation.
  • Site Analysis Report: a detailed report is created that summarizes the opportunities and recommendations by location to improve the water quality in the most efficient and cost effective method possible.

Implementation and Management

Implementation & Management is the third phase of the Total Water Management process, and it includes comprehensive post-sale services that may include scheduled maintenance planning or applying an auto ship program.

The Implementation & Management phase includes:

  • Turnkey implementation program with project management capabilities
  • Installation
  • Start-up
  • Operator orientation
  • Continued support and maintenance
  • On-site personnel training
  • Technical Support
  • Planned Preventive Maintenance service
